The public release is intended for adults in supported countries. The final age threshold, country list, operator identity, and governing terms will be published before beta.

A prediction is resolved under the rules version shown when it is entered. Equal or unverifiable reference values are void and return the ticket. Evidence-based corrections append a new audit event instead of hiding the original result.

Features may be paused to protect users, data integrity, or market fairness. Material game-rule changes are versioned and scheduled before they become effective.
