THE THESIS

A daily habit becomes a decision-making game

Tavyq creates a new consumer category: Move-to-Predict. Verified movement unlocks free tickets; tickets unlock simple Up or Down market calls; correct calls build points, streaks, badges, and league position.
The product deliberately starts without deposits, trading, cash-out, or promised token value. The first job is to prove that movement, curiosity, and transparent competition can form a habit people genuinely want to keep.
Move first. Predict second. Progress because you earned the attempt.

THE OPENING

Two large behaviors rarely meet

Fitness apps make movement measurable but often lose emotional meaning after the first weeks. Market products create curiosity but can feel intimidating, passive, or financially risky to a newcomer.
Tavyq joins these behaviors without pretending that walking is an investment. Movement is the fair access mechanic; prediction is the skill game; reputation is the reward.
Movement gives the user a healthy reason to return.
Markets provide a fresh question every day.
Competition turns isolated actions into visible progress.
Evidence makes each outcome understandable after the fact.

THE PLAYER

Designed for curiosity, not trading expertise

The primary player is mobile-first, already tracks steps, follows culture or markets casually, and wants a low-pressure reason to learn. The experience avoids charts full of controls, brokerage language, and financial promises.
A returning player should understand today’s state in seconds: how far to the next ticket, which calls are open, what happened yesterday, and what can improve their weekly position.

CORE LOOP

Five actions with one clear purpose

Move — explicitly connect Apple Health or Health Connect with read-only step access.
Unlock — eligible movement fills progress toward a server-issued daily ticket.
Predict — spend one non-transferable ticket on one time-bounded Up or Down call.
Resolve — compare preserved opening and final references under the rule version accepted at entry.
Progress — receive points for a correct result or a ticket return when a result must be voided.
No deposit is needed to complete the current loop.

PROGRESSION

The game rewards consistency over spending

Points express prediction performance. Streaks express consistency. Badges preserve memorable achievements. Weekly leagues provide a resettable social objective, while long-term levels preserve identity across seasons.
Daily goals stay small enough to understand at a glance.
League promotion gives every week a beginning and an ending.
Badge rarity recognizes unusual behavior without selling power.
Referral milestones reward contribution but never mint movement from nowhere.

TICKET ECONOMY

A bounded unit, not an uncontrolled liability

Tickets are non-transferable game entries created only after accepted movement. Daily caps, deterministic thresholds, anti-duplication rules, and an immutable ledger keep issuance understandable.
In version 1.0, a ticket cannot be bought, sold, withdrawn, or converted into money. That boundary keeps onboarding simple and allows the team to measure real retention before exploring economics.
Every issued, spent, returned, or corrected ticket has a ledger reason.

PREDICTION RULES

The result must be reproducible

The asset, direction, opening time, closing time, and rules version are fixed at entry.
Opening and final market references are preserved with their source timestamps.
A higher final value resolves Up; a lower final value resolves Down.
Equal, stale, missing, or unverifiable references resolve Void and return the ticket.
Corrections append compensating ledger records instead of silently rewriting history.

INTEGRITY

Evidence is part of the product experience

A resolved call is more useful when the player can inspect why it won, lost, or voided. Tavyq shows the relevant references and preserves an anonymous canonical proof leaf.
Daily proof leaves can be grouped into a Merkle tree and anchored on Robinhood Chain testnet. A public verifier can recompute inclusion without learning the player’s email, wallet, movement history, or private balance.
Blockchain is used where independent verification adds value—not as decoration.

PRIVACY

Health data stays in the smallest possible boundary

Step permission is optional, explicit, read-only, and limited to step count.
Raw health samples never appear in public profiles, analytics events, notifications, or blockchain proofs.
The server stores only what is required to validate eligibility and prevent replay.
Players can pause sync, disconnect the provider, revoke sessions, export their account, and request deletion.
No advertising SDK receives movement or health-derived data.

ANTI-ABUSE

Protect honest players without turning the app hostile

The system checks bounded time intervals, source identifiers, duplicates, manual-entry flags, unrealistic speed, delayed uploads, and repeated evidence. Suspicious movement is separated from eligible movement rather than being rewarded.
Enforcement is gradual: explain the issue, pause only the affected reward, provide an appeal route, and reserve account restrictions for repeated or high-confidence abuse.

ROBINHOOD CHAIN

A consumer gateway to verifiable on-chain behavior

Tavyq can introduce mainstream mobile users to the value of public verification before asking them to understand wallets, gas, or protocols. The first on-chain interaction is a useful proof, not speculation.
For an ecosystem partner, this creates measurable activity around evidence views, proof verification, recurring cohorts, and community participation while protecting user identity.

Earn growth through visible weekly stories

Tavyq is built for shareable moments: a streak completed, a league promotion, a rare badge, a narrow prediction win, or a community challenge. Shared cards reveal no private health totals unless the user explicitly chooses them.
Early growth focuses on small cohorts, creator-led challenges, referral quality, and retention—not paid installs that hide a weak loop.

Success is behavior, not account count

Activation — permission understood and the first honest movement sync completed.
Core loop — first ticket unlocked and first prediction submitted.
Retention — day 1, day 7, and day 30 return rates by cohort.
Quality — sync success, duplicate rejection, void rate, correction rate, and crash-free sessions.
Trust — evidence views, privacy-control usage, deletion completion, and support resolution time.
Virality — referred users who activate and remain, not raw invite clicks.

ROADMAP

Expand only after each layer earns the next

Private alpha — stabilize movement, tickets, predictions, progression, evidence, and account controls.
Closed beta — physical-device testing, calibrated anti-abuse, store review, support operations, and cohort research.
Public beta — expand access after reliability, privacy, fairness, and retention gates are met.
Ecosystem growth — community tournaments, partner formats, and deeper proof experiences.
Economic research — consider paid or tokenized utility only after product-market fit and independent legal, security, store-policy, and economic review.

ECONOMIC BOUNDARY

Future utility is a hypothesis, not a promise

Subscriptions, tradable assets, token rewards, paid competitions, vouchers, and marketplaces are not part of the current product. They may create regulatory, app-store, liquidity, treasury, consumer-protection, and sustainability obligations.
Any future proposal must publish its sources and uses of funds, reward budget, downside scenarios, withdrawal rules, fraud assumptions, jurisdiction limits, and shutdown plan before implementation. Existing game points will not be represented as guaranteed future value.
Product-market fit comes before token-market fit.

Health spoofing — bounded validation, source signals, delayed review, and conservative issuance.
